Strategy

A strategy your team can execute on Monday.

We turn market insight into positioning, priorities and a realistic roadmap — including the step into new countries. Developed remotely, together with the people who will carry it out.

Who it’s for

Typical starting points

Strategy work pays off most when a decision is close. These are the situations in which clients usually contact us.

  • Many options, no priorities

There are more ideas than capacity: new products, new segments, new channels. Everything seems important, so nothing gets finished, and the team pulls in different directions.

  • Planning to enter new countries

You want to sell beyond your home market, but you are unsure which country to try first, how the offer must change, and which languages and channels you really need.

  • Offer and message have blurred

Customers do not quite understand what makes you different, and competitors look similar from the outside. The business has changed, but its positioning has not followed.

What we do

Six building blocks. Use what you need.

We combine the following modules depending on your question. Each one produces a result you can use on its own.

  • 01

    Market and competitor analysis

We research your market, your customers and the offers of your competitors, and summarise what it means for your decisions — without drowning you in data.

  • 02

    Positioning

We work out what you stand for, for whom, and why customers should choose you. The result is a clear message that sales, marketing and your website can all use.

  • 03

    Business model and offer

We examine how you earn money today, test alternatives and sharpen your offer, packages and pricing logic where it makes sense.

  • 04

    Entering new markets

As part of an international group we know that every country behaves differently. We assess market potential, language and legal needs, and sales channels before you commit budget.

  • 05

    Roadmap and priorities

We turn the strategy into a sequenced plan with owners, milestones and a limited number of priorities, so the team knows what comes first and what waits.

  • 06

    Remote strategy workshops

Facilitated video sessions with your leadership and key people, using shared boards to collect input, decide and document in the same hour.

How it works remotely

Workshops by video, decisions in writing.

A good strategy needs the right people in the conversation. Working remotely makes it easy to involve them without blocking everybody’s calendar for days.

  1. Briefing

We clarify the question behind the question: what decision needs to be made, by whom, and by when.

  2. Research and interviews

We study the market and talk to your team and, where possible, your customers, to find out what is really going on.

  3. Workshops

Two or three focused video sessions in which we present findings, discuss options and decide together. Everything is captured live on a shared board.

  4. Roadmap and handover

We deliver the written strategy and the roadmap, and are available for questions while your team starts executing.

What you get

A strategy on paper — and the plan to carry it out.

The final package depends on the modules we agree on. Typical deliverables are listed here.

  • A market and competitor summary

The key findings on a few pages, with a clear view on opportunities and risks.

  • A positioning statement

Your promise, your target customers and your proof points, written so that everyone can repeat it.

  • An offer and pricing proposal

Recommendations for packages and pricing logic, including the reasoning behind them.

  • A market-entry assessment

A comparison of target countries with recommendations on language, channels and sequence.

  • A prioritised roadmap

Initiatives with owners, milestones and success measures, ready to hand to your team.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Can you help us enter a new country?

Yes. We assess the market, your offer, language and channel requirements and give a recommendation on whether, where and in which order to enter. Being part of an international group helps us ask the right questions early.

How do remote strategy workshops work?

We send a short preparation, meet by video, and work on a shared online board that everyone can edit. Decisions and open points are written down during the session and sent to you afterwards.

Will we get a thick report nobody reads?

No. We keep documents short and concrete. The aim is a decision and a plan, not a heavy deck that ends up in a drawer.

Do you also help with execution?

Yes. Because we also offer marketing and web design, we can carry parts of the roadmap forward ourselves, or support your team while it does the work.
