Business Consulting

Processes that work. Numbers you can trust.

We look at how your business really runs, find where time and money are lost, and fix it together with your team. Remote, structured and always with a fixed scope.

Who it’s for

Typical starting points

Most clients come to us in one of three situations. If one of them sounds familiar, we can probably help.

  • Growing faster than your processes

Orders, people and tools have multiplied, but the way of working is still the one from the early days. Things get done through individual effort, not through structure, and every new hire makes it more obvious.

  • Unclear numbers

Your data lives in several places and nobody has one view of what the business earns, spends and promises. Decisions are made on gut feeling because reports arrive late, or not at all.

  • Tools without a plan

Subscriptions piled up one by one. Nobody is sure which tools are really needed, who owns them, or how they fit together — and your team spends time on copying data between them.

What we do

Six building blocks. Use what you need.

Every project is assembled from the blocks below. We agree on the ones that matter for your goal and leave out the rest.

  • 01

    Process analysis

We map how work actually flows through your company — from request to delivery — and mark the points where it slows down, doubles up or depends on a single person.

  • 02

    Organisation and roles

Who decides what, who is responsible for which result, and who covers whom? We clarify roles and responsibilities so that growth does not create confusion.

  • 03

    KPIs and reporting

We define the few figures that truly steer your business, connect them to existing data and set up a simple reporting rhythm your team will keep using.

  • 04

    Costs and efficiency

We review recurring costs, manual routines and rework, rank the opportunities by effort and impact, and show where savings are realistic.

  • 05

    Digitalisation and tools

We assess your current tools, remove what is redundant and recommend a lean setup — including how it is introduced so that people actually use it.

  • 06

    Implementation support

A plan on paper changes nothing. We stay with your team during the first weeks of change, answer questions and adjust the plan when reality asks for it.

How it works remotely

Structured, transparent, without travel.

Everything happens by video call and in shared workspaces, so you stay close to the work and we avoid the overhead of on-site visits.

  1. Introductory call

We talk about your situation, your goal and your constraints. You decide afterwards whether to continue.

  2. Analysis

Interviews with the people who do the work, screen-sharing sessions with your tools, and a review of the data you can provide. You get a clear picture and an honest assessment.

  3. Proposal with fixed scope

We summarise findings, priorities and the proposed work in writing, including deliverables, timeline and price. You approve it, or you stop here.

  4. Implementation

Short work cycles with regular check-ins. Documents and decisions live in a shared workspace that your team can access at any time.

What you get

Concrete results you can use on Monday.

Depending on the blocks we agree on, you receive some or all of the following.

  • A process map

Your key workflows documented on one page each, with bottlenecks and risks clearly marked.

  • A clear overview of roles

Responsibilities, decision rights and stand-ins written down, so that everyone knows what they own.

  • A KPI definition and reporting routine

The figures that matter, where they come from, who reviews them and how often.

  • A prioritised action list

Every recommendation rated by effort and impact, with an order in which to tackle them.

  • Documentation and handover

Short guides and a walkthrough for your team, so the improvements stay in place after our work ends.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Do you need to visit our company?

No. We work remotely with video calls, shared documents and screen-sharing. For most questions this is faster and cheaper than travelling, and it leaves a written trail your team can reuse.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope. A focused analysis is usually a matter of weeks, while implementation support can run alongside your daily business for longer. The proposal states the timeline before you commit.

Do you work with small companies?

Yes. Our clients are growing businesses, from small teams that need first structure to established companies that need to scale. We size the work to fit your resources.

What do we need to prepare?

Not much. Bring an honest description of the problem, access to the people involved and whatever data you already have — even if it is messy. We help you sort it.
